ART PRINT: Katherine Gorge signed Print 6'X4'

$15.00

This 6'x 4’ print of the original oil painting by Australian Artist Mark Strother is printed on quality matte 180 GSM paper.

Mark says ‘ I love the Northern Territory. I lived there for over five years. I worked for the biggest telecommunications company in Australia. Me. The Fisherman. The Surfer. The Dogman. Yet here I was, on a special sales conference. Cruising up one of the most beautiful rivers in the world. Katherine Gorge. I took a photo on my phone. It was a novelty. It was one of the first phones to ever have a camera. But the photo wasn’t enough. I needed to try to capture the moment with paint. Mixing colours. Pigments. Brushes. My grandfather had passed away. I remembered as a child sitting with him. Watching him paint. My aunt gave me his paints. His brushes. His old wooden box he kept them in. I was inspired. This is the first oil painting I ever did.’
